Jan Boluminski

jb.jpgJan Boluminski is the founder and managing director of Client Vela.

Subsequent to studying economic engineering, specialising in mechanical engineering, Jan Boluminski worked as assistant at the Swiss University of Bern, chair of International Innovation Management. He also successfully participated in the "International Business Linkage Programme" at the Technical University of Helsinki.

In 1996, he moved to Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and led numerous projects in the field of Strategy and Finance for international companies.

In 1998, he took over responsibility for customer marketing, operations, customer service and IT unit at Loyalty Partner in Munich and set up the sector-wide customer retention programme Payback. Based on this experience, he founded Client Vela GmbH in June 2001. Furthermore, Mr Boluminski gives numerous lectures on the subject of customer management in Germany and abroad and is a member of the evaluation team in Welcome O1 (international workshop for e-Commerce). Moreover, Jan Boluminski is a qualified "Systematic Coach” from the IfW (Munich).
