Susanne is partner at Client Vela.

In 1997, after completing her degree in Business Studies at Pforzheim University of Applied Sciences, Susanne Karlein joined car-hire company Sixt Autovermietung as a trainee.

She initially worked in the international marketing area and was later put in charge of a number of business co-operations with international airlines in her capacity as relationship manager. Ms Karlein moved to Loyalty Partner in 1999, where she took responsibility for the acquisition and further development of the company’s business partners in the tourism, oil and retail sectors.
