The Project
Client Vela acquired, prepared and implemented Agip Deutschland as a partner for the SüdBest Loyalty Scheme, initiated by the EnBW. Therefore, Client Vela completed the following tasks:
- Key Accounting and contract negotiation
- Conceptual and technical link-up to the scheme and its systems
- Consulting in the area of direct marketing, dialog marketing and partner presentation
- Training and preparation of the Agip personnel
- Consulting for further development for Agip within the SüdBest scheme
- Analytics of the transactions data and reporting
