The project:
Coaching in the Customer Loyalty Management department with regard to data analysis and reporting, including the coordination of requirements with the Controlling and IT departments.

- As-is analysis of the BayWa Card
- Consultancy services relating to a technical concept for value-oriented customer management
- Consultancy services regarding content and approach
- Coaching of employees in the Customer Loyalty Management, Controlling and IT departments
