Holger Schubert co-founded Client Vela and is partner.

After his first degree, he obtained a doctorate in Ecology. He joined Loyalty Partner in Munich in 1999 and was one of the first employees to work on the PAYBACK scheme, where he was responsible for developing the operations sector.

Dr. Schubert is an expert in the design and optimisation of business processes, customer loyalty and customer service, which he covers for Client Vela. In addition to this, he is a qualified systemic coach and provides coaching for executive managers and project managers.
