Florian Bruckmaier is partner at Client Vela.

After obtaining his degree in Business Studies, specialising in tourism and marketing, Florian Bruckmaier took charge of the account management at Sansora International (Lebensart Technology). In this role, he supported customers during the introduction and operation of CRM systems and customer solutions. From there, he moved on to Arabella Hotel Holding International as Manager Market Research & Innovations, managing the Group’s development and implementation of innovative products and brands.

Prior to his course of studies, Florian Bruckmaier underwent commercial training at the Sheraton Hotel in Frankfurt and participated in a Sales Management Trainee Programme of the Starwood Hotels & Resorts group. Moreover, he worked on various marketing and product development projects for ArabellaSheraton hotels.

Since joining Client Vela in June 2005, he has been running customer management, dialogue marketing and implementation projects.

Florian Bruckmaier completed a coaching course at JANUS GmbH & Co. KG.
